Terms and conditions

1. Seller

The seller is LLC MF Radiator, 4-B Sosenske shose, Lityn, 22300, Ukraine. Contact details are shown at the bottom of every page.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros and include the VAT of the delivery country you have selected. The delivery cost and any customs duty are shown at checkout before you place your order.

3. Order and contract

The contract of sale is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card at checkout.

5. Delivery and customs

We deliver with Nova Post on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms: we act as the exporter and pay import VAT and customs duties. You pay nothing on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See Returns.

7. Warranty and legal guarantee

In addition to our commercial warranty, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under the law of your country of residence.

8. Complaints

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we will do our best to resolve it. You may also contact the consumer protection authority in your country.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
