Delivery

We ship from our factory in Ukraine to the countries of the European Union with Nova Post. You can collect your parcel from a Nova Post pick-up point or have it delivered to your address.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• The delivery cost is calculated by Nova Post for your exact address and shown at checkout before you pay.
• The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Taxes and customs duties

We sell on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. The VAT of your country and any import duty are included in the total you pay at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives — no customs fees and no handling charges from the carrier.

Parcels with goods worth up to €150 are exempt from EU customs duty. Where duty does apply, it is calculated by Nova Post and shown at checkout.

Payment

• Card payment — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, charged in euros.

Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.
