How do I choose a towel warmer?

Start with the type of connection (hydronic, electric or dual-fuel), the size of the space and the heat output you need. Our team is happy to help you choose.

Can I connect an electric towel warmer myself?

Most models come with a plug for a standard socket. For a concealed connection we recommend a qualified electrician.

Will I have to pay customs or VAT on delivery?

No. VAT and any customs duty are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing is due when your parcel arrives.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1–2 working days. The delivery time depends on your country and is shown at checkout.

What warranty do I get?

Hydronic models have a lifetime warranty on the body; electric models up to 20 years on the body and 5 years on the electrical components.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. See Returns.
